Built as DS "Alster" and sailed in Vänern for Alster Bruk and Valsekvarn at Karlstad. Sold to Haldenvassdraget Floated Association in 1954 and transferred to the watercourse towing boat under the name DS "Ragnvald Bødtker." Taken out of services in 1964 and sold to Sheriff Guldbrand Melby in Aremark which gave the boat name DS "Ara". The boat is currently privately owned.
